I hope this is what your asking for. I still had to add the folder MPMissions, then place F3.Altis in it.

Ok, got it to work. Because I have Win 8.1 the setup is different. I don't look for a "ArmA 3 - other profiles", just had to load it in mpmissions. Everything is working. thanks for the help.

I download ArmA3 from stream and the only thing I have is mydocuments/arma3. In it is only missions, saved, usersaved, arma3.cfg, JohnO arma3profile file not a folder.

The folder is not in my documents/Arms3.
The only folder is, save, username , and mission.

It's been along time since I played ArmA 2 or 3 and for the life of me I can't find any thing labeled "ArmA3 - Other Profiles". I have win8 just in case somebody ask me what OS I have.
