Re: fa_c72_lightningstrike

I think having an IFV is probably overkill a little bit, as there is already some pretty heavy firepower in the mission and its pushing enough AI as it is, so the difficulty couldnt really be increased to compensate. The GMGs might be a little bit underpowered, but I guess thats something the host h...

Re: fa_c28_littlebirdies

Also i just figured out a way to only have 1 red car, which I knew would cause confusion. Now the VIPs car will be red, and any other empty cars he doesnt take will be brown.

Re: fa_c28_littlebirdies

Thats exactly how i have it at the minute. There are 9 routes I think (3 starting roads, that each have branches). Each convoy gets a random route and the VIPs car gets attached to the end of one of the convoys. I am using wolfenswans convoy script, unfortunately as good as that is, sometimes they j...

I thought this mission went relatively well compared to my others so far. As always logistics in these types of missions are a problem, but I thought we did alright. Once everyone remains patient at the start things tend to go ok. The loadout for the pre-mounting of the cars could do with being fixe...

So, a pretty simple re-imagining of "The Rundown" adversarial but in a co-op format. I thought things went alright, apart from one or two hiccups. - There should really only be one red car, need to figure out a way to clean up the other two. - Ideally the convoys should actually leave the compound, ...

Re: Gaming rigs

Sure 120GB would be fine for just arma, I personally dont because I have other games on it, and most applications. If you ration out your space you should have no problem. I should think about moving over to my SSD, but it would involve some tedious file shifting and deletion, and probably a reinsta...

Re: Gaming rigs

My Build currently: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nNkR6h Put it together March 2014, so its still relatively new. Would highly recommend the samsung SSDs. I know when I was researching they were considered the go to brand, and about the only real contender at the time. I have the 120GB version so I dont...

Re: [Alpha Testing] Swifty - Mod updater & PWS alternative

So I just installed now. It installed ok and I told it to launch when finished. It started up and said it needed admin privleges (which I should already have). Either way the "okay" confirm button then didnt work, so i have to altF4 out of it. This happens each time I start up from the start menu to...

Re: fa_c40_holdtheline

Sweet, good looking out wolfenswan. v3 hopefully fixes those issues. I think its pretty much in a playable state now I feel, I suppose if it gets another playtest I'll see about changing the actual units and positioning and stuff. Did you see why SWS ended up breaking? It seems to be working from wh...
