From the perspective of another mission maker, I wouldn't say that CAS is overpowered. I haven't done lots of coop / adversarial missions at all but I could imagine giving CAS a few restrictions: Fuel Restrictions (only half the fuel on mission start) Weapon Restrictions (No Hydras for example) Ammo...
