Hmm... the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of M-60's as MMGs for at least UN and USMC. Still dunno about US Army 'cuz they've gone M240 and haven't really looked back, but the zeroing is pretty dang awesome. And it sounds like a beast when fired.

If I may propose for ACR?:

For a bit outdated loadout:
Sa58 and its variants, M249, M60

For ACR DLC, and much more current loadout:
BREN and its variants, UK vz 59, M60

When with NATO forces, ACR forces can and frequently use USMC loadout.

ACR forces use RPG-7s as AT weapons.

ACR uses Dragunov sniper rifles.

Currently we don't have any pre-placed ACR or KSK units, and we haven't examined the loadouts for these groups either. To be honest, we don't use spec-ops type units very often. It might be something for us to consider though. I may do a KSK mission as part of my planned series of asymmetrical adversarials, but that's a long ways off. For now, the assignGear scripts are there so mission-makers can customize those as they see fit. Good notions though.

And we don't use the DLC (yet?). Though we're not the only ones to use F2.
And Tiger is working on SF loadouts (according to github).

we need to be careful to remember that F2 is not just for Folk / ARPS - so not everything can be tailored completely to our requirements. however, once 2-7-0 is complete we shall be in a position to create some 'templates' that will make the process of creating missions for our sessions even easier / faster.

The first variant is very similar to what ACR have in F2 atm. Only the rifle and GL are AK 107s with Kobra as there's no solid SA58 variant for that.
An alternative, deactivated, gear file is included, which uses the classes introduced by the DLC. Unfortunately the BREN selection is a bit limited, with most of them coming with scopes etc. However I wouldn't mind giving ACR/KSK Scoped weapons as they aren't a default platoon anyway.

I've changed CO/DC/SL backpacks to:
4 mags, 1 white smoke, 1 green smoke, 2 HE 203

FTL Backpack:
4 mags, 3 HE 203, 1 Smoke 203

As currently the loadouts for GUE, INS, TK Ins, TK Gue, TK Civ and Civ Special are identically, should we merge them all into one to lower file size?

From what sources I can gather, ACR does not include GL weapons in a squad. And when using grenade launchers, ACR uses M203 slung under M4A3, but that is "special forces nonstandard stuff".

I just remembered that I asked soldiers at one of ACR showcases about grenade launchers (they had them only under one BRENs in about 8 men unit) and was told that they used grenade launchers as a separate weapon, in addition to their primary weapon. What I've seen on the table before the soldier looked very much like Mk13 "standalone". It was one of czech forward air controller units, so no idea how widespread this is. I don't know if they even are possible to be used as secondary weapon slot in ARMA (as M136 is, for example), but that would fit the bill perfectly. Otherwise it is probably ok either not giving ACR any GL, or the same GL weapon US have. AK weapon family are not "correct" for ACR, as ACR never used Kalashnikovs at any point in their history.

Would you mind if I made a pull request with this loadout for ACR? I think I figured out where to change it :)
