So I am starting to record... but instead of raw footage, I'd like to edit some videos to make them a little more interesting/funny. However, Windows Movie Maker does not allow you to have several video tracks or several caption tracks, which makes it hard to do. Does anyone know of a decent video editor that's free? All I need are several video/audio tracks and the ability to put captions in. Little else!

Can't really help you there as I haven't really digged into any editing at all, however if you're planing to do any kind of editing then you should really post them to the official youtube channel.
