A system that goes
1. www.folkarps.com - has a link to the forum (and maybe a note on heading to a2 discussion forum)
2. Arma 2 discussion has a description so people know it contains session details
3. Well structured stickies for particular night in for info in first post and discussion, live in A2 discussion.

Oh! I was about to make a new topic for this, but it seems i'm not alone.
