I'm actually quite excited by the fact stratis is much bigger than Utes. The one thing holding back my own version of dark business is the size of the islands we have at out disposal. Takinstan and chernarus are massive and Utes is too small. Making the balancing alot harder for me to nail down.
I even have a finished version ready to go but not sure it will work well in our sessions so may just delay it until I figure something out.
From the little we've seen of the game, it looks amazing though.
