ArmA 3 Vehicle Picture Bonanza

Post by IceRaiser »

Welcome to the Bonanza that is still pictures with text on it!

Isn't Bonanza an aircraft?
Do I need to call comrade Ferrard in here?

No, please! I have a family!
What is a Bonanza?

Many pictures.. with some text on them?
Very good, let's get started!

Is the Hunter really an M-ATV and is the IFV-6a Cheetah an IFV or a duck?
Time to find out using a Bonanza, enjoy! (click for larger version)
(This is an image-response to Ferrard's awesome Vehicle Listing)

I just noticed that the name Zamak is just backwards of the name Kamaz, the trucks in use by the Russian army nowadays. Cool!

Comrade, how can you say such a thing? BIS has told us that the vehicles aren't designed to look like anything currently existing...
Take the Hunter, for instance. How dare you claim that it looks similar to the Oshkosh M-ATV?
There's nothing even hinting at Oshkosh's brand! Not on the steering wheel and not on the front.

I fail to see how you can think that this beautiful Zamak Truck even looks anything like a Kamaz truck!
There's even a "3" instead of a Z! FUTURE!

I do like that the vehicles are "based" on real-world versions, but they could've just called them what they are. M-ATV, Kamaz, Merkava... oh and that sniper they call the M320. M320 is a frekkin GL, fools. /rant

Like with GTA and Need for Speed games, i say the names could be that because of legal/licensing issues.

Exactly that.

Heres me hoping for a soon updated vehicle pool without zamaks and more specific trucks like neynava (iran), unimog and tatra (greek).

Er, not to raise too much issue Comrade Iceraiser, but you left out:
The SDVs
The Military Speedboats
The Civilian Motorboats
The Rubber Duck Rafts

Please don't hurt me.
