Yay, after some false starts the paratroops finally got out of the planes.

Didnt get to play, but the rumours suggested maybe the mission was a bit too easy for 2 squads and maybe a bit long.

Holy crap Robin, would you give more of a warning before teleporting people to the far side of the wall of the aircraft? :D
By the time I realised that whistling sound was the wind going past my ears, I was 96m up and descending rapidly.

On the upside, I now know you can actually deploy a chute around the 80m mark in a blind panic and still live if you're just that damn good... :science101:

That pants-change-prompting part aside, it was fun, there was a lot of running initially, if those striders had had HMGs we wouldn't have gotten out of the drop zone, and the motor pool part could do with a bit more opposition, but it went darn well I thought...

Motor pool had a lot of opposition.
Were you in Bravo squad?

I was MMG1, but I missed five minutes of the motor pool fight when Arma BSOD'd my machine. One minute we were dodging accurate 7.62 fire on a hilltop and trying to suppress people but couldn't see any real opposing force beyond isolated (if fairly well armed) sentry forces; the next was reboot city; and when I got back in five minutes later, we'd taken the pool, nicked some vehicles, all the bad men were dead and we were watching the winners screen.

Right, by that description I assume you must be rolling with Bravo.
By the time you all got there Alpha already cleared most of the town.

Well, I guess we might have been a few minutes late to the party, what with having had to fight our way past rampaging striders and infantry, kill two MBTs and two other trucks of infantry to get to the Pool :P
