- slotting descriptions, markers, callsigns for A and B are incorrect
- fireteam colours not working for some teams

- fixed fireteams not having team colours
- fixed AI garrisons not being created
- removed parameters for fog and weather to avoid the mission being made impossible
- fixed fireteams having the wrong slotting screen descriptions
