Folk ARPS

Tonight saw 36 brave souls from The Third International Fighting Brigade of Takistan in the name of Che Guevara, take up arms and bring the fight to the enemy on land, air, sea and even in some instances, by plowing their fields. Don't ask me how that last one would work, what matters is that we took the fight anywhere and everywhere.

I would like to remind everyone, that the donation drive for our server renewal is in full swing, we only have a little over a month to gather the funds for a year's worth of hosting services. It isn't cheap, but your donations will help us keep going for another full year. Just think how many hours of enjoyment you are getting from FA in a year. If only you held back on one game purchase and donated the money to our server renewal, we could go for another year. Otherwise, it might be game over for all of us.

BTW, if any of the newer comrades are wondering what the Third is: back in the time before FA, when there were these things called 'the Folk sessions', we were playing A2 Operation Arrowhead. The terrains were Zargabad and Takistan, and although we didn't exclusively play as one faction, many of our missions saw us in the role of simple farmers, forced by injustice to take up arms and struggle for a socialist agrarian utopia. Thus, The Third International Fighting Brigade of Takistan in the name of Che Guevara was born. There was even a little forum badge:
